Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) materials and equipment across our projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, material coordination and timely procurement as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end MEP procurement and purchasing for ongoing projects.
- Source and develop reliable MEP vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Procure electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and related project materials.
- Obtain and compare RFQs, quotations, technical specifications and commercial offers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions with vendors.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers,



MEP Engineers, Site Engineers and Accounts for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites as per project schedules.
- Monitor purchase orders, pending deliveries, material shortages and vendor commitments.
- Verify material specifications, quantities and quality requirements before procurement.
- Maintain vendor databases, quotation records, comparative statements and purchase documentation.
- Follow up with vendors regarding delivery, quality, replacements and payment-related issues.
- Support cost control and identify opportunities for cost savings and alternate sourcing.
- Coordinate with stores/site teams for material receipt and documentation.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approved budgets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
