Role Description

We are looking for a full time, on-site MEP Supervisor to oversee project execution from commencement through testing and final handover to the client.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate contractors, technicians, vendors, and other site teams.
- Plan and monitor material requirements, raise timely indents, and follow up on deliveries.
- Verify material quantities, quality, usage, and availability at the site.
- Track progress, maintain site records, and report delays or technical issues.
- Conduct quality and safety inspections.




- Coordinate testing, snag rectification, documentation, and client handover.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant site-supervision experience.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline.
- Practical knowledge of MEP drawings, installation methods, and material requirements.
- Good coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and site documentation.
