Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution

- Supervise day-to-day plumbing and firefighting installation activities on site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications
- Allocate tasks to technicians and subcontractors and monitor productivity
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and HVAC teams to avoid clashes

Plumbing Systems
- Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and sanitary systems
- Ensure proper installation of pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, and fixtures
- Check slope, alignment, pressure testing, and leak testing

Firefighting Systems
- Supervise installation of fire hydrant, sprinkler, hose reel, and fire pump systems
- Ensure compliance with local fire authority codes and NFPA standards (where applicable)
- Assist during inspection, testing, and commissioning with authorities

Quality & Safety
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and approved materials
- Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects
- Enforce site safety practices and ensure use of PPE
- Report unsafe acts and conditions immediately

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project managers




- Maintain daily progress reports and material consumption records
- Assist in material requisition and inventory control
- Support snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities

Requirements & QualificationsEducation
- Diploma / ITI in Plumbing, Mechanical, or related field (preferred)

Experience
- 10+years of experience in plumbing and firefighting systems
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects

Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and firefighting systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations and fire codes
- Positive leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities

Preferred Certifications
- Plumbing Supervisor Certification (if applicable)
- Firefighting or Safety Training Certificates
- Knowledge of NFPA / local fire authority norms

Working Conditions
- Site-based role
- May require extended hours depending on project needs
- Exposure to construction site environments

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
