Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate MEP and firefighting works at residential/commercial project sites, ensuring timely and quality execution.

- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and MEP layouts and coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams.

- Plan and monitor daily and weekly MEP activities in line with project schedules and construction milestones.

- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site-related issues.

- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, quality inspections, and site availability to ensure uninterrupted execution.

- Prepare and manage IRs, MIRs, method statements, work permits, inspection reports, and project documentation.

- Supervise testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover of MEP systems, including as-built drawings and O&M; documentation.

- Track project progress, verify subcontractor quantities and bills, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and technicians while identifying technical issues,



implementing corrective actions, and ensuring on-time project completion

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant MEP construction experience, preferably in residential or commercial real estate projects.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation, site execution, testing & commissioning, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with the ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. BIM/Revit knowledge is an added advantage.

- Good understanding of NBC, IS standards, applicable building codes, HSE requirements, and MEP quality standards.

- Solid experience in MEP coordination, site supervision, QA/QC, material verification, quantity checking, and contractor/subcontractor management.

- Excellent client, consultant, vendor, and multidisciplinary team coordination skills, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage project priorities, meet deadlines, maintain documentation, and ensure safe, quality, and timely project execution.
