About the Position

We are inviting applications from experienced MEP Engineers for its Bengaluru projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing MEP designs,

supervising execution works, coordinating multidisciplinary services, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, tender documents, and project specifications.

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Building MEP Projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Review Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting design

drawings.
- Verify drawings and specifications for compliance with tender documents

and approved designs.
- Supervise execution of MEP works at the project site.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, Consultants, Contractors,

and Client representatives.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Conduct inspections and monitor project progress.
- Resolve site coordination and technical issues.




- Prepare inspection reports, progress reports, and technical

documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety regulations, and quality

standards.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP services.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and

Building Services.
- Good understanding of NBC, IS Codes, and relevant MEP standards.
- Ability to review engineering drawings and identify technical discrepancies.
- Experience in construction supervision and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare, Industrial, or

Government Projects.
- Experience in PMC, EPC, or Design Consultancy organizations will be

preferred. Pay: ₹325,616.22 - ₹5,022,003.89 per year
