We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for our commercial real estate projects in Ranchi.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise MEP installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and utility systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
