Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP (Electrical) Manager / Senior Manager to lead electrical and MEP project activities for civil construction projects in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for project execution, technical coordination, contractors, quality, schedule, and overall electrical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage electrical/MEP project execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor electrical works throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage electrical contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate electrical services with civil, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP disciplines.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities.
- Review material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.




- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide management reports.
- Manage variations, technical changes, and project-related commercial matters.
- Ensure timely completion and successful handover of electrical works.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 10–16 years of relevant experience in MEP/electrical construction and project management.
- Solid experience managing electrical works for construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong contractor and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of project planning, quality, cost, and schedule management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka – Mandatory Pay: ₹22,565.95 - ₹79,770.84 per month
