- Robust knowledge of MEP quantity surveying and billing.
- Hands-on experience in:

- HVAC

- Electrical systems

- Plumbing

- Fire Fighting
- ELV / Low Voltage Systems
- Building Management / related MEP services
- Excellent understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, contracts and billing procedures.
- Strong knowledge of client and subcontractor billing.
- Experience in variation, deviation, extra item and claim management.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of billing/MIS reports.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications and contractual documents.

Education & Experience




- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Quantity Surveying/Construction Management qualification will be an added advantage.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in MEP billing/commercial functions.
- Must have significant experience in building construction projects such as residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, mixed-use, hospitals, malls or large developments.
- Candidates from MEP contractors, EPC companies, PMC or major real estate/building construction companies are preferred.
- Strong experience in SAP-based commercial/billing processes is mandatory.
