Role Overview

As a Mentor Buddy, you will act as the primary point of contact for learners, guiding them throughout their learning journey. You will provide timely support, ensure high learner engagement, resolve queries, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for assigned learners.
- Guide learners throughout their program and ensure a smooth learning journey.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve learner queries or coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor learner progress and encourage course completion.
- Build strong relationships with learners to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate learner records and update internal systems.
- Identify learners at risk of dropping out and proactively engage them.
- Collaborate with mentors,



operations, and academic teams to improve the learner experience.
- Meet learner engagement and satisfaction targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple learners simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning mindset are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support, student counseling, customer success, mentoring, or EdTech will have an added advantage.
