QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of enterprise data across our Data Quality and Data Observability platform. You will design and implement automated validation solutions across data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces while leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency and anomaly detection.

Working closely with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams, you will ensure that data remains accurate, complete, consistent, and trustworthy throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation-first validation frameworks for data quality, APIs, and UI. Leverage AI-powered tools and automation practices to Implement automated data quality checks to verify data accuracy, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, timeliness, and integrity.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and report data anomalies, quality issues, schema changes, and pipeline failures using Data Observability practices
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools to accelerate test design, validation, defect analysis, and automation maintenance.
- Understanding requirements through stories Flow diagrams/High level scenarios
- Achieving test coverage through application of test case design techniques
- Proficient in designing test runs for various test factors (API, DB, Workflow),



integration testing and reviewing test runs.
- Participate actively in sprint grooming, planning, estimation, and early validation design to ensure quality is built into development.
- Review, refactor, and optimize automation assets to improve maintainability, scalability, and execution efficiency.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product, and Business teams to validate data across end-to-end workflows.
- Support release readiness by executing comprehensive validation across data, API, and UI layers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by introducing creative testing practices, reusable frameworks, and AI-driven quality solutions.

Technical Skills

Must have Skills :

- 2-6years experience in Automation testing
- Script Development & Refactoring (Python/SQL or equivalent)
- Must have experience in writing test cases and test case design techniques
- API Testing and Validation
- Automation Testing (Data, API, and UI)
- SQL and Database Testing
- AI- assisted Testing and Automation Tools
- Data Observability Concepts and Practices(Optional)
