MEE Operator (Multi Effect Evaporator)

Experience Required

4–5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining Multi Effect Evaporator systems.

Job Summary The MEE Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, and upkeep of Multi Effect Evaporator units used in effluent treatment. The role requires solid technical knowledge of evaporation processes, adherence to environmental compliance standards, and coordination with production and EHS teams.

Key Responsibilities

- MEE Operation: Operate and monitor MEE units to ensure optimal evaporation and concentration of effluents.
- Process Monitoring: Track parameters such as steam pressure, temperature, feed concentration, and condensate quality.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks on pumps, pipelines,



heat exchangers, and instrumentation.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve operational issues like scaling, foaming, or reduced efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure MEE operations meet environmental discharge norms and safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain daily logs of feed input, evaporation rate, condensate recovery, and downtime.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with production, maintenance, and EHS teams to ensure smooth plant functioning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
