- Type and prepare Doctor's notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, transfer notes, and other medical documents as instructed
- ensur accurate typing of medical terminology, diagnoses, invegtigations, procedures, medications, and treatment details
- prepare and maitanin patient-related documentation and ward records

Required Qualification: Graduate from a recognized board/university positive knowledge of MSword, Execel, email and basic computer operations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
