Key Responsibilities: Conduct community outreach and awareness programs

- Coordinate health camps and community activities
- Identify community needs and support beneficiaries
- Liaise with NGOs, government departments, and local organizations
- Conduct counselling and provide social support to patients and families
- Maintain community visit reports and documentation
- Promote healthcare awareness and preventive health practices
- Support hospital community development initiatives
