Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Naugarh.

The Medical Sales

Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinics, within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining regular follow-ups to strengthen relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Representative will also ensure compliant promotional practices, manage product inventory and samples, and support customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Medical Sales, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver clear product information and engage diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, handle concerns professionally, and provide consistent support.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety.

Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage, especially in field-based roles.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory and maintain a professional, ethical approach to sales.
