Hear-Sonic is an independent Indian hearing aid company specializing in custom in-the-ear (ITE, ITC, CIC) hearing devices. We focus on honest guidance, modern technology, and real patient support. We are expanding our presence across Delhi NCR and beyond.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and personable Medical Representative to help grow our hearing aid business. The primary focus of this role is to generate quality leads, build relationships with audiologists and hearing care professionals, and acquire recent customers through field visits, telemarketing, and participation in medical camps & exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert them into customers for custom hearing aids
- Visit and build strong relationships with audiologists, ENT clinics, and hearing care centers
- Conduct telemarketing calls to follow up on leads and schedule consultations
- Represent Hear-Sonic at exhibitions, medical camps, health check-up camps, and industry events
- Educate audiologists and potential customers about our product range (Echo Elite, Clear Wave, Premium Crest-AI)




- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, calls, and pipeline in the system
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
- Coordinate with the team for product demos, trials, and order follow-ups

Requirements

- Graduate degree (any stream)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Own two-wheeler / four-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable with field work
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR and occasionally outside for camps/exhibitions
