Role Description The Medical Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhuban, Odisha.

The Medical Sales

Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare professionals, chemists, and medical institutions, building and maintaining robust relationships to drive sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and responding to customer inquiries with accurate medical and product knowledge. The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities,



and providing regular reporting on sales performance and customer feedback.

The Medical Sales

Representative will also support marketing initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, lead generation, and sales closing abilities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain medical products clearly, negotiate effectively, and build long-term professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond promptly to client needs, provide follow-up support, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and basic clinical applications.
- Relevant additional qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field are beneficial.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, familiarity with local healthcare markets, and a valid license to travel locally are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in the field, and commitment to ethical and compliant sales practices are preferred.
