Requirements:

- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Oncology (DM/MD in Medical Oncology) from a recognized institution.

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and eligibility for inclusion in the State Medical Register.

- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital or cancer center setting.

- Strong knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols, including NCCN, ESMO, and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) guidelines.

- Proficiency in interpreting tumor markers, imaging studies (CT, MRI, PET-CT), and pathology reports.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex medical information with empathy.

- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, rapid-paced clinical environment.
