- CPC / CIC / CCS or equivalent certification mandatory.
- 8-12 years of experience in medical coding.
- Sound domain knowledge in IP DRG.
- Own challenging people/project assignments independently and deliver fulfilment of work.
- Need to own full ownership/leadership responsibility for team development.
- Aspiring being ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery and embedding them in the team
- Solid facilitation and sound leadership skills
- Customer orientation and Client handling
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for project approvals , prioritization and alternatives in the language of business
- WFO - Chennai Location.
