Job Role

We are looking for a Medical Claims Executive to handle insurance/medical claim documentation, processing, coordination, and follow-up with patients, hospitals, and insurance/TPA teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage medical insurance claims.
- Verify claim-related documents and patient details.
- Coordinate with hospitals, patients, insurance companies, and TPA teams.
- Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
- Check medical bills, discharge summaries, and supporting documents.
- Handle claim queries and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate claim records and daily reports.




- Ensure timely submission and processing of claims.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of medical insurance/TPA claim processes.
- Basic knowledge of hospital documentation and medical terminology.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a hospital, TPA, insurance company, or healthcare organization will be preferred.

Location: Dadar East, Mumbai Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
