The organization focuses on accurate reporting, compelling storytelling, and innovative digital content covering breaking news, current affairs, politics, business, entertainment, and sports. As a growing media startup, Madhyantika 24x7 offers a dynamic newsroom where creativity, technology, and journalism intersect.

Role Description (Unpaid) (6Months)

Qualifications

- Ability to support media planning activities and understand basic audience and platform dynamics (Media Planning).
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for collaborating with newsroom teams and engaging audiences (Communication).
- Interest or foundational knowledge in marketing principles for promoting content and understanding audience engagement (Marketing).
- Awareness of digital trends and familiarity with social media and online publishing tools (New Media).
- Ability to conduct structured research, verify information, and source credible data for stories and features (Research).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in journalism, mass communication, media, marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of news values, ethics,



and responsible reporting; curiosity about current affairs and public issues.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced newsroom environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in English and at least one Indian language is an advantage; familiarity with video, audio, or graphic tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Cover local and national news stories.
- Conduct interviews and gather information.
- Write accurate and engaging news reports.
- Report live from events when required.
- Coordinate with the editorial team.

Requirements

- Confidence in speaking on camera.
- Willingness to travel for assignments.

Responsibilities

- Assist in video production and studio operations.
- Support camera setup, lighting, and audio.
- Help coordinate live shoots and recordings.
- Organize production equipment and assets.
- Work closely with editors and producers.

Requirements

- Interest in video production and broadcasting.
- Basic understanding of cameras and production workflow.
- Team player with good organizational skills.

? Digital Content Intern

Responsibilities





- Create engaging content for social media.
- Write captions, headlines, and digital copy.
- Monitor trends and audience engagement.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- Excellent writing skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of digital trends.

? Design & Creative Intern

Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives and news graphics.
- Create thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams.

Requirements

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Portfolio of design work is a plus.
