Role Description The Airframe Technician will perform day-to-day inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft structural components and assemblies.

Responsibilities include identifying structural defects, performing corrective actions, carrying out routine and scheduled checks, and ensuring all work complies with relevant safety and quality standards. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals, using appropriate tools and equipment, documenting maintenance activities, and coordinating with supervisors and other technical team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore,



requiring consistent presence in the workshop or hangar workplace and adherence to company safety practices.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in airframe maintenance, including inspection, repair, and structural assembly of aircraft components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and related equipment used in airframe work.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and compliance standards in mechanical and aviation environments.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in airframe or mechanical maintenance (workshop, hangar, or industrial setting) is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes and work instructions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and adapt to project-based schedules and operational needs.
