Job Summary

- Role: Mechanical Technician (Full time, Factory-Based)

- Reports To: Head – Mechanical Department

- Qualifications: SSLC (0–3 years experience) or ITI certificate. No ERP knowledge required.

Core Responsibilities

Assembly &

- Technical Execution

- Fit and assemble mechanical parts (cabinets, transformers, chokes, fans, heat sinks, capacitors).

- Perform fabrication tasks including riveting, drilling, tapping, and filing.

- Execute spray paint touch-ups and apply product stickers.

- Pack completed and tested UPS / power solution units.

Logistics &

- General Support

- Move work-in-progress items across the assembly floor.

- Handle loading and unloading of received and dispatched goods.

- Support additional departmental tasks as assigned by the manager.

Workplace &

- Safety Standards

- Safety: Wear mandatory protective gear (goggles, gloves, footwear) and use only authorized,



trained tools.

- Compliance: Adhere strictly to ISO 9001 / 14001 standards and maintain tools properly.

- Conduct: Arrive on time daily, request leaves in advance, wear the standard uniform, and maintain a cooperative, conflict-free team environment.

- Quality: Completes tasks within the allotted time accurately, neatly, and without requiring corrections.
