Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Mechanical

Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems, preparing detailed CAD models and drawings, and supporting product and equipment improvements. Day-to-day tasks include performing engineering calculations, evaluating materials and manufacturing processes, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also involves participating in research and development activities,



troubleshooting technical issues, preparing project documentation, and supporting project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials
- Proficiency in Machine Design, including component selection, stress analysis, and design optimization
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and 2D drafting
- Ability to manage tasks and timelines using basic Project Management principles
- Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D;) for product or process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and quality control practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety guidelines, and relevant engineering codes is an advantage
