About the Job

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineering fresher for our Sales team to promote and sell NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and Mechanical Testing equipment/solutions. This is a technical sales role suited for candidates who want to build a career in B2B sales, with client interaction, international exposure, and a clear growth path to Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling and email marketing campaigns

- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients across industries (manufacturing, oil & gas, aerospace, automotive, power, infrastructure)

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NDT/mechanical testing products

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales

- Visit clients, attend exhibitions and trade shows – domestic and abroad

- Develop new markets/territories (country development) including identifying distributors and channel partners

- Research competitor activity and market trends in assigned/target regions





- Coordinate with technical/production teams for order execution and after-sales support

- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate)

- Strong interest in sales and client-facing work

- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Basic knowledge of NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT, ET) or mechanical testing is an advantage — full training provided

- Valid passport or willingness to obtain one
