Key Responsibilities Design &

• Development: Design and develop detailed mechanical components and systems using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo). Analysis &

- Testing: Perform engineering analyses and simulations, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and thermal analysis, to validate designs and ensure performance and reliability.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed engineering drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and operational manuals.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (electrical engineers, manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement) to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability of products.

Prototyping: Support the development, testing, and evaluation of prototypes, and iterate on designs based on testing results and feedback.

Troubleshooting: Analyze and solve complex engineering problems that arise during the design, testing, or manufacturing process. Standards &

- Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO).

Required Qualifications and Skills Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.



A Master's degree or qualified certification (like PE) is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience (typically 2+ years for an engineer role, 4+ for senior) in a mechanical design or engineering position.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and drafting software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or UGNX). Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal). Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools (FEA/CFD). Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning &

- Tolerancing (GD&T;) principles.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
