We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Design Engineerwho enjoys transforming ideas into innovative products and wants to build a rewarding career in medical device product development.

Your Role

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and improving mechanical components and plastic parts for next-generation medical devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the complete product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design mechanical components, plastic parts, sub-assemblies, and complete product assemblies using Creo Parametric.
- Create accurate 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Develop engineering concepts based on product specifications and functional requirements.
- Improve existing designs through prototype testing, validation, and manufacturing feedback.
- Apply GD&T;, DFM, DFA, tolerance analysis, and engineering best practices.
- Support prototype development, product validation, and functional testing.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase, and R&D; teams.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and design records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Mechanical Design or Product Development.
- Hands-on experience in plastic component design is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for product innovation and engineering excellence.
