Key Responsibilities

- Deliver hair and skin treatments in accordance with company protocols and established clinical standards.

- Ensure the highest possible standards of treatment outcomes and client care.

- Maintain a clean, hygienic, safe, and professional clinical setting.

- Take complete responsibility for client treatments while ensuring quality patient care.

- Conduct timely follow-ups to monitor treatment progress and client satisfaction.

- Safeguard medical equipment, products, supplies, and other company assets.

- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction, treatment quality, and clinical outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatments, clinical outcomes, and client feedback/testimonials.

- Guide, train, and mentor support staff to ensure efficient and smooth clinic operations.

- Consistently follow company brand standards, clinical protocols, and operational guidelines.

- Counsel clients and educate them about hair and skin treatments, helping them make informed decisions regarding their care.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all applicable medical, clinical, and company guidelines.
