Position MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Pediatrics

Qualification

- MBBS from a recognized Medical College

Registration

- Valid NMC / Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) Registration

Experience

- Freshers are Welcome
- Recently qualified MBBS doctors are encouraged to apply

Duty Pattern ? Rotational Duties

- 48 Working Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the management of Pediatric OPD, IPD, NICU, and Emergency patients under consultant supervision
- Perform patient assessment, history taking, and clinical examination
- Monitor admitted neonates, infants, and pediatric patients
- Handle pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical care
- Assist consultants during ward rounds and clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, prescriptions, and discharge summaries
- Coordinate with Pediatric Consultants, Nursing Staff, and other departments to ensure quality patient care




- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards

Skills Required

- Robust clinical knowledge and eagerness to learn Pediatrics
- Good communication and patient/parent counselling skills
- Ability to work efficiently in rotational shifts
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
