Position Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Oncology

Qualification

- MBBS from a recognized medical college

Registration

- Valid MMC / State Medical Council Registration

Experience

- Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors may apply
- Experience in Oncology, Medicine, ICU, or Emergency will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Oncology OPD and IPD patients under consultant supervision
- Perform initial patient assessment, history taking, and clinical examination
- Monitor admitted cancer patients and manage day-to-day clinical care
- Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with senior consultants
- Assist in chemotherapy services, patient monitoring, and supportive care
- Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Coordinate with Nursing, ICU, Radiology, and other departments for comprehensive patient management




- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Skills Required

- Good clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Ability to work in Oncology, IPD, and Emergency settings
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centric approach
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
