Role & responsibilities:

- Assist with procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.

- Monitor inventory and maintain stock records.

- Create and track purchase orders.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.

- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

- Maintain supply chain documentation and reports.

- Analyse supply chain data and identify process improvements.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning.

- Assist in cost reduction initiatives.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Masters degree in operations management. Bachelors degree in mechanical or BCom.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong written and verbal English communication.

- Good interpersonal skills.
