Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBA Marketing Intern role based in Indore. The intern will support the marketing team in conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and identifying target segments for various digital marketing campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with marketing strategy development, coordinating with sales and campaign managers, preparing reports and presentations, and helping to optimize campaigns across channels such as SEO, social media, and paid ads. The role involves interacting with prospects and clients for feedback, supporting lead generation activities,



and contributing to content and campaign ideas aligned with client objectives. The intern will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely execution, and tracking of key performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a client-centric approach.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand consumer behavior, and contribute to campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and coordination with the sales team to support revenue-generating activities.
- Candidates should possess general Marketing skills, including familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and online advertising basics.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a specialization in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with marketing analytics or CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing practices.
