About the Opportunity:

Hirely is recruiting on behalf of one of our hiring partners for a remote Mathematics Expert opportunity supporting an advanced AI training project. You'll use your expertise in advanced mathematics, mathematical problem-solving, proof writing, and research methodology to help evaluate and improve next-generation AI systems. This is an excellent opportunity for mathematics researchers, university lecturers, postgraduate students, and experienced mathematical problem-solvers looking to apply their expertise to cutting-edge AI projects.

What You'll Do:

As a Mathematics Expert, you may:

- Author and review advanced mathematical problems, solutions, and proofs.
- Work across calculus and other higher-level mathematics topics.
- Analyze mathematical challenges and provide rigorous technical feedback.
- Evaluate AI-generated mathematical reasoning for correctness, clarity, and logical consistency.
- Develop and refine mathematical content for AI training datasets.
- Provide detailed explanations, proofs, technical analyses, and justifications.
- Apply research methodology when developing and validating mathematical concepts.
- Communicate complex mathematical ideas clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain a high standard of mathematical accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong background in mathematics or a closely related field .
- Advanced mathematical problem-solving ability.
- Strong understanding of calculus, mathematical proofs, and higher mathematics .
- Ability to produce rigorous, logically sound mathematical solutions.




- Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
- Ability to evaluate mathematical arguments and identify errors or gaps in reasoning.

Preferred Qualifications:

- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics , or a closely related discipline.
- Experience writing mathematical proofs, research papers, or technical analyses.
- Academic or professional research experience.
- Experience developing mathematical problems or educational content.
- Background in mathematical research methodology.
- Experience collaborating on academic, research, or technical projects.
