Position:

Mathematics Educator (Grades 3–8)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Compensation:

₹20,000/month during the 3-month probation period

Up to ₹40,000/month (Fixed Salary) after successful completion of probation, based on performance

Working Hours:

1:00 PM – 10:30 PM (IST)

Most classes are conducted during the evening to match students' schedules in the UAE and Gulf region.

We're looking for educators who:

- Have at least 2 years of Mathematics teaching experience
- Can confidently teach Grades 3–8
- Have excellent spoken English and are comfortable teaching international students
- Build solid relationships with students and create an engaging classroom environment
- Explain concepts clearly using simple language and real-life examples
- Believe in conceptual learning rather than rote memorization
- Are energetic, patient, and genuinely enjoy working with children
- Are open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Your Responsibilities Conduct engaging online Mathematics classes for Grades 3–8.

Take a minimum of 3 live classes every day .

Make every lesson interactive, engaging, and concept-focused.

Encourage student participation through questioning and discussion.

Build students' confidence and problem-solving skills.

Work closely with the academic team to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

Teaching Demo (Mandatory)

As part of the application process, you'll need to submit a 5-minute teaching demo on any Mathematics topic from Grades 3–8 .

We're not judging the topic you choose—we're interested in how you teach .

Your demo should demonstrate

- Clear concept explanation
- Excellent English communication
- Student engagement techniques
- Confidence and classroom presence
- Effective use of a pen tablet

- Ask questions to involve students.
- Use examples students can relate to.
- Keep your explanation simple and interactive.
- Maintain good energy throughout the session.
- Ensure your audio, video, and internet quality are professional.
