- Lead and manage the material planning and inventory management process to ensure uninterrupted supply for production.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and production teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Implement effective material requirement planning (MRP) systems and monitor usage trends.
- Identify and resolve material shortages, delays, or bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain solid vendor relationships for timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Monitor and analyze material costs, recommending cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and support the material management team in achieving operational excellence.
