Job Title: Master Data Analyst

The Global Data

Analytics and Data Governance Team is responsible for developing data analytics as a core competency and competitive advantage at SPX FLOW, driving business value and streamlined decision making for the enterprise through new creative solutions and standardized business-critical reporting. The master data analyst will play a key role in maintaining good quality of global master data, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of master data, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

- This role is working under Masterdata Standard Task team, mainly dealing with Customer and Vendor masterdata request.
- Review and validate master data requests for supporting documentation, approvals, and compliance with company policies
- Review master data raised in Profisee (our Global Masterdata management tool) and process into SAP




- Review data quality, process mass loading and data cleansing (customer, vendor, material, pricing, etc.)
- Support business with master data analysis, changes, and extractions
- Communicate with business end users on any proposed master data changes
- Identify root causes of problems and effectively document all solutions
- Properly document all master data processes and changes
- Maintain shared inbox and support team members when necessary
- Assist master data leadership team with ad-hoc projects to improve overall master data

Qualifications:

- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems
- 2+ years of experience in SAP Master Data (Customer, Vendor is essential and material masterdata experience would be a plus)

- Good in Data Analysis- Data Cleansing/ Data Enrichment/ De-Duplication/ Inactivity analysis
- Mass uploads or Bulk data uploads using custom programs or SAP standard transactions
- Extensive MS Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong communication skills

Additional Skills

- SAP data migration projects handling including Data preparation and Data upload
- Knowledge of tools- Winshuttle, LSMW would be a plus, but not mandatory
