About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions for international clients
- Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused resolutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication standards
- Ensure an excellent customer experience (CX) across all touchpoints
- Adhere to quality standards, SLAs, and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream)
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience (Mandatory)




- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (UK/US/AUS) and Work from Office

Compensation & Growth

- Freshers: Up to 4.5 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Minimum 30% hike on last drawn salary
- Maximum Package: Up to 7.5 LPA
