We’re looking for a proactive and communication-focused professional to manage seller onboarding and CRM activities for our marketplace clients.

What you’ll work on:

- Onboard new sellers across online marketplaces
- Make calls and follow up with potential and existing clients
- Collect and verify seller documents & information
- Coordinate with sellers throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Track leads, onboarding status and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to the relevant team
- Prepare basic CRM and onboarding reports

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in calling / telecalling
- Experience in customer onboarding, CRM or e-commerce is preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive, target-oriented and detail-focused

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
