About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace & Quick Commerce Manager to manage and grow Wishluck's business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and JioMart. The role involves driving sales, managing marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings, planning promotions, ensuring inventory availability, and improving overall channel performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own revenue, sales growth, and profitability across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Manage marketplace accounts, platform relationships, and promotional campaigns.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, catalog content, and visibility.
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising to improve traffic, conversions, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain,



marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and service levels.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular business reports and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketplace, E-Commerce, or Quick Commerce.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
