Job Summary

Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd. is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Trainees who are passionate about marketing and eager to build a career in the fast-growing Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. This role offers practical exposure to brand marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, market research, events, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including social media and website coordination.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and creative agencies.

- Support product launches, exhibitions, dealer meets, and marketing events.





- Work closely with the sales team to execute marketing initiatives.

- Track campaign performance and prepare MIS reports.

- Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA in Marketing (Freshers or up to 6months of experience).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Positive analytical and presentation skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.

- Willing to work from the office, 6 days a week.

- Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.

- Highly interested in learning and growing in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.
