About the Role

We're looking for a creative, execution-oriented Marketing Strategist to work closely with the Founder in driving Firefly Diamonds' brand and marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with execution—whether it's managing social media, collaborating with influencers, launching campaigns, or supporting performance marketing. You'll play a key role in strengthening our digital presence and helping build a brand that customers love.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Execution

- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Assist in executing product launches, store openings, festive campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Social Media Management

- Manage day-to-day social media operations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and short-form content.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, customer reviews, and community engagement.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements using analytics and insights.

Influencer & Creator Marketing

- Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with UGC creators, micro-influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from onboarding to content delivery.
- Track campaign performance and maintain creator relationships.

Content & Creative Coordination

- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, ad creatives, product content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Performance Marketing

- Support execution of paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.

Market Research & Brand Insights

- Track competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and share ideas to improve brand awareness and engagement.
