Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager with a strong background in Direct Sales and IT Services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and creating effective sales and marketing strategies.

Experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Services sales.
- Proven expertise in Direct Marketing and Direct Sales.
- Experience selling software development services, digital transformation, AI, cloud, web and mobile application development, or other IT services.
- Experience managing both domestic and international B2B clients is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales for IT services and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize business growth.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and performance metrics for leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful client acquisition and project handover.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Direct Marketing and Direct Sales.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to create and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Established network of enterprise clients and decision-makers is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
