Role Summary:

Were looking for a self-driven Lead Generation + Sales Executive who can bring in new B2B clients for our recruitment staffing services. This is a pure client acquisition + sales role with 70% hunting and 30% account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate current B2B leads for recruitment staffing mandates via LinkedIn, job portals, directories, referrals.

2 ) Cold Calling: Make 40-50+ outbound calls daily to HR Heads, Founders, TA Managers to pitch R2R staffing services.
- Client Acquisition: Connect, pitch, and convert prospects into clients for bulk, mid, and senior-level hiring.
- Meetings:



Schedule and arrange meetings with Director/Decision makers. Join calls if required.
- Follow-ups: Consistent follow-up via calls, email, and WhatsApp to move prospects through the sales funnel.

1. Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Create and send pitch emails, service brochures, case studies. Run WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing.
2. MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily lead tracker, call logs, pipeline status, and closures in CRM/Excel.
3. Market Research: Keep track of competitor pricing, new companies hiring, and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 0-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Recruitment Sales. Freshers with strong communication can apply. 2 )Excellent verbal + written communication in English & Hindi.

2. Confident in cold calling and objection handling.
3. Basic knowledge of Excel, Gmail, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. 5)Target-oriented, energetic, and comfortable in a sales-driven environment.
