Job Summary

ZORKO Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Manager who can lead the marketing team, ensure strong follow-ups, maintain timely reporting, and drive digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of SEO, social media management, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies to improve the company's online presence and generate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete marketing team.
- Ensure daily follow-ups with team members and track task completion.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and monitor content calendars for social media.
- Optimize website performance through SEO (On-Page & Off-Page).
- Monitor website traffic, keywords, and Google Analytics reports.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, etc.) to improve marketing productivity and content creation.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators for campaign execution.
- Plan brand awareness and lead generation activities.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data.
- Coordinate with other departments to support business growth initiatives.




- Ensure all marketing activities are completed within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent follow-up and reporting abilities.
- Good knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience in managing social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic advertising concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Management.
- Experience in the Food, Retail, Franchise, or Hospitality industry will be preferred.
