This role provides broad exposure to publishing, marketing operations, customer service, and administrative activities that directly support the success of OUP's academic publishing programme.

Opportunity – the ‘what’

- Administer and record the distribution of gratis and incentive marketing materials.

- Maintain and enhance publicly accessible OUP product information.





- Maintain the supply of sales collateral needed to represent OUP products in the market.

- Collaboratively enable and administer co-operative marketing initiatives.

- Collaboratively manage communications to current and prospective OUP authors.

- Provide general administrative support for new work centralized within Marketing Operations.

About You

- Essential: Approachable and collaborative; Team player; Flexible; IT literate; Good written and verbal communication; Effective time management; Adaptability; Strong prioritisation; Team working; Educated to A Level/BTEC standard or CIM Level 3+; At least 6 months professional experience; Intermediate IT skills including Excel.

- Desirable: Previous experience in an internally or externally facing customer service role.
