About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern who will support the marketing and client operations team by coordinating with clients, managing sales-related activities, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and want to build a career in Marketing, Client Operations, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day client coordination through emails.

- Assist in managing client requirements and ensuring timely task execution.

- Support the sales team with lead management and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare reports, maintain client data, and update CRM/Excel sheets.

- Track campaign progress and share updates with clients.

- Resolve basic client queries and escalate issues when required.

- Maintain proper documentation of client communications and project status.





- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.

- Build and maintain solid client relationships.

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and client servicing.

- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
