Role Description As a full-time Marketing Manager based on-site in Mumbai, you will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies that promote Makers Hive’s products and mission. You will develop and manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinate with product, sales, and design teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Daily responsibilities include market research, campaign performance analysis, content and collateral review, and budget management.





You will also support partner and clinic relationships, organize promotional events, and identify new opportunities to increase awareness and adoption of solutions such as the KalArm® Bionic Hand.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.

Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing.

Candidates should possess skills in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting.

Candidates should possess skills in communication, copywriting, and presentation.

Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and project coordination.

Relevant experience in healthcare, medical devices, or technology-driven products is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously is advantageous.
