Role Description The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Marketing

Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s agrochemical products, strengthen brand presence, and support sales growth. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and developing product positioning and messaging for different customer segments. The role involves coordinating with sales teams and distributors, managing promotional activities, overseeing digital and offline marketing initiatives, and preparing marketing reports and performance dashboards.

Manager will also collaborate with product and technical teams to create informative marketing materials, ensure consistent brand communication, and identify new market opportunities in the agriculture sector.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management within the agriculture or related industry.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, including social media, content marketing, and basic analytics.

- Ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales and product teams.

- Proven experience in managing field-level promotions, dealer or distributor engagement, and customer outreach in on-ground agricultural markets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.

- Prior experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in agrochemicals, agri-inputs, or FMCG targeting rural and semi-urban markets.

- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Willingness to travel for market visits, farmer meetings, and distributor events as required.
