Role & responsibilities The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's brand, drive customer acquisition, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, overseeing creative content, and analyzing market trends to maximize return on marketing investments.

- Develop and maintain Brand Positioning , value proposition, messaging framework and visual Consistency.
- Generate quality leads through marketing initiatives and work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event platforms.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Plan and manage product launches, exhibitions,



promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, printers, and media partners to develop marketing collateral.
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring optimum utilization and ROI.
- Create high-quality marketing content, landing pages, ad copies, blogs, and creatives using AI-assisted workflows while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting performance goals and ensuring timely execution of projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, advertising agencies, and strategic partners.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM In Marketing

Having 4-5 yrs of Relevant Marketing/Digital Marketing Experience.

Ability to independently plan, execute, measure and improve Marketing Initiatives.
