Questa Path Labs is looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing healthcare team in Bhopal.

Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Industry: Healthcare / Diagnostics / Pathology

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the diagnostic laboratory
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and corporate clients
- Generate B2B business and increase sample volumes
- Manage field marketing activities, health camps and promotional campaigns
- Identify current business opportunities and corporate tie-ups
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
- Lead and manage the marketing team effectively




- Prepare regular marketing reports and track performance

Candidate Profile

- Experience in healthcare, diagnostic or pathology marketing preferred
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and field sales
- Target-oriented with good leadership and team-management skills
