Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to promote the hospitals services and specialties.

- Develop and maintain skilled relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, nursing homes and other healthcare providers.

- Build and expand the hospital’s patient referral network.

- Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities within assigned territories.

- Establish tie-ups with corporate offices, schools, colleges, factories, government and private organisations.

- Plan and organise health camps, medical camps, awareness programmes and promotional activities.

- Promote the hospital’s OPD, IPD, diagnostic, health check-up and specialised medical services.

- Generate leads and achieve monthly patient-footfall, referral and revenue targets.





- Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners and institutional clients.

- Collect and analyse information about competitors, local market conditions and healthcare requirements.

- Coordinate with doctors, management and internal departments for marketing initiatives.

- Prepare and submit daily field-visit reports, lead reports and monthly performance reports.

- Represent the hospital professionally and maintain its reputation and brand image.

- Perform extensive outdoor marketing and travel regularly within the assigned area.
